Can anyone create an account on Alors?
Alors is a business to business platform and is aimed at professionals looking to licence music for their projects. When signing up we will ask you a few questions regarding your interest in our catalogue. This is quick, easy and confidential.
In the process of opening an account you ask for information. What is this used for?
It is used exclusively by Alors in order to identify you, maintain your account and our communications with you. No third parties will have access to your information.
Why should I create a user account?
Maintaining a clear overview can be tricky, when looking for production music. Create an account and benefit from downloading high res files, personal playlist creation and like functions, which will help you keep track of things.

Why can’t I download any music?
You need an account to download music. If you already have one, but can’t download, you might be logged out. Click the login button to log back in.
I can only download MP3s!
When you create an account you receive permission to download MP3s immediately. You will receive approval for full download functionality within 24-48 hours, once we checked a few credentials in the background.
Where do I change my details?
Click on the 😃 icon in the header. There are separate sections for changing your profile details and your password.
Can I view my previous purchases?
Yes, you can access your order history in your account section.
